“I found a home in AXO from the very first time I stepped through our teal front doors!! From girls I talk to every day to those I only see a few times a semester, I never fail to feel seen and loved by my sisters! I have found the women I want to be like and so lucky to surround myself with them every day. AXO supports me academically, with career preparation, and of course with the best friends! I can’t imagine my college experience any other way!”

“In Alpha Chi I have met the most wonderful people. Everyone is so supportive, genuine, and will truly be there for me if I ever need them. Every day during rush I met a group of diverse women who I felt truly appreciated my interests, thoughts, and saw the best in me. The lifelong friends I made here not only care for my presence, but acknowledge my absence. I feel so wanted and at home whenever I enter 741. I joined a sorority because I wanted to dedicate my time to a sorority’s philanthropy efficiently and AXO does a wonderful job of not only educating Georgia Tech’s community on Domestic Violence Awareness (DVA), but also involving students in supporting our local shelter, Partnership Against Domestic Violence. This type of healthy unconditional love is nothing I have ever experienced before. I feel incredibly grateful for finding that here at Alpha Chi.”

To see beauty in the common things of life, to shed the light of love and friendship round me; To keep my life in tune with the world that I shall make no discords in the harmony of life; To strike on the lyre of the universe only the notes of happiness, of joy, of peace; To appreciate every little service rendered; To see and appreciate all that is noble in another, be her badge what it may; And to let my lyre send forth the chords of love, unselfishness, sincerity. This is to be my symphony.
