The sisters of the Iota Mu chapter of Alpha Phi stand together as a sisterhood of exceptional women dedicated to supporting one another from bid day to graduation and beyond. Alpha Phis are dedicated to promoting sisterhood, cultivating leadership, encouraging intellectual curiosity, and advocating service.
Alpha Phi’s colors are Silver and Bordeaux, their symbol is the Ivy Leaf, their flowers are the Lily of the Valley and Forget-Me-Not, and their philanthropy is the Alpha Phi Foundation.

Through my position as Director of WatchCare, Alpha Phi has encouraged me to continue pursuing my passion to destigmatize mental health.
